Supervised Visitation Program
Providing Neutrality, Security and Confidentiality
The Supervised Visitation Program (SVP) provides families with a safe and neutral environment to exercise their access rights through supervised visitations and exchanges. In the presence of a trained visitation supervisor, who takes detailed observational notes, parents or others can demonstrate to their child(ren), to each other and to the court, their ability to cooperate.
SERVICES OFFERED
Supervised Visitations
For a maximum of 3 hours, child(ren) and their parent(s), or third party, can meet in a neutral environment in the presence of a trained professional to ensure the child(ren)’s physical and/or psychological protection. All auditory and visual interactions are observed and documented.

Supervised Custody Exchange
This is a no-contact exchange between parties that allows the child(ren) to move from one family environment to another, through the intermediary of a trained professional.

Observation Reports
These are detailed objective reports that document observable behaviours that take place during a supervised access session between a non-custodial or third party and the child(ren).
