In collaboration with the CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, we are offering our Spring 2025 Parenting Workshop Series, designed to help parents navigate key challenges. These interactive sessions will provide practical tools and insights on:

This service is complimentary and open to parents with children ranging from elementary to high school ages.
Psychoeducational Mentorship Program
The Psychoeducational Mentorship Program aims to provide one-on-one coaching sessions for young adults aged 18 to 30, addressing various aspects of daily living, social interactions, and communication needs. The program's primary objective is to foster positive self-development and growth through collaborative goal-setting and a holistic approach.
Program Structure
Initial Consultation: Each client will undergo an initial consultation session to discuss their individual needs, goals and reasons for seeking out the program.
Cost: $75
One-on-One Sessions: Following the consultation, clients will engage in three one-on-one mentoring sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, focusing on the areas identified during the initial consultation.
Cost: $325
Additional Sessions: Clients who wish to continue their mentorship journey beyond the initial sessions can book additional sessions on a session-by-session basis.
Cost: $125 / session
